No comments on NK A-Test?
I'm surprised that nobody has made any comments about the North Korean underground test. This in my opinion is a really bad turn of events. The NK have in the past, sold their weapons to anybody with the money. How long before the rag-heads buy one and smuggle it into the US?

This is being discussed currently in a General Topics thread.

MURPH..............
SuperScout's right, since 39mto39g started a thread entitled:
"North Korea" with some hypotheticals, over on The General Posts segment with all Personals, Matters of General Interest, Announcements, and miscellaneous like jokes and levities. Guess that one of the most political or geo-political hot spots on earth (re. North Korea), just shouldn't be over here on The Political Debates segment,...where quite seriously belonging? Still, and in fairness to you Murph, over on General Posts no one even asked the question of: "How long before............". Plus, you would never pull-the-plug on your very own thread if not liking some responses,...as Ron did on another largely responded thread that "He" started. Too bad. Were some good responses. Regardless, and since unarguably having pretty-much Wide Open Borders, it's hard answering your question. Hell,...The Devils Only Know. Could be Tomorrow, Today, Yesterday, or even have already occurred about 15 years ago, when THOUSANDS of captured Iraqi War Prisoners (PLUS ENTIRE FAMILIES) were brought to and dispersed throughout America as DEFECTORS(??????????),... after The First Iraq War. What an utter Political Stupidity. After all, any TRUE Defectors historically have never been permitted defecting ANYWHERE with ENTIRE FAMILIES, and especially en-mass. Whereas PHONY Defectors, spies, moles and such are usually encouraged or ordered to do just that. Blend in better and have better support. Neil |

?The NK have in the past, sold their weapons to anybody with the money. How long before the rag-heads buy one and smuggle it into the US??
That?s the exact point isn?t it? Nuke tipped rocketry is one thing, but man or passenger vehicle transportable nukes, even if low yield, can be every bit as devastating as a large formation single air strike using dumb bombs. Look down look around on this one, the techies got the air n? ports covered but we got nutton but nutton on the southern border but a contensious political mess, and Kim boy smiles at all the market opportunity we have created for him. Jerry et al,
What's funny, well, what's sad, is that when they tested and China and Russia were "outraged", I told Deb that the proofs in the puddin' and when it comes down to any action by the UN, China for sure and probably Russia will stall, him/haw around, etc. Well, I hit it on the head. Both are now doing what I said. My only hope would be for them to launch, miss us, have it go off in the ocean, then we turn NK into a parking lot. Pack

RIGHT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately, America turning ANY MURDEROUSLY FANATICAL ENEMY: "Into a parking lot" (truly warranted and rightfully so),... ended around 1945 and/or at end of WWII. For the last 61 years and in every conflict America involved in, politically-correct and/or stupidly dictated unilateral one-side and quite ENEMY HELPFUL & AMERICA RESTRICTING Rules of Engagement have prevailed. Thus, no wonder why North Korea and most other Rogue Nations of The World ARE MORE DEADLY A THREAT to mankind,... than ever before,...and America forced always being on The Defensive and/or just patiently waiting: "For The Other Shoe to Drop". It's one sorry-ass situation. Neil |

Guys, another time in my life I wish I'd been wrong.....no such luck. Even South Korea is backing off....but then again, they are the closest and have the most to lose.
