Flash Back at Wal Mart of all places

Wife and I went to Wal Mart yesterday for a few things. In the area were DVD's and TV's are, there was a an Asian Baby in the line in front of me crying, out of no where I was in Konthum where I remember a Vietnamese kid crying next his dead mother. Man I don't need this crap, you know what I mean. The rest of the day was sh#t after that. Tired of the tirggers that do this stuff to us.

Mr. Ryan - its unlikely you will ever forget. It's weird the littlest things that can trigger a memory. You have to remember that was a long time ago and call it a day mare and move on as best you can. I didn't have my first flash as its called until after twenty years what brought it about I don't know. But since then I've only had one or two that I can recall. It usually happens to me when I'm tired and worried about something that it happens.
