Germany Drops Probe of Colonel in Afghan Strike That Killed Civilians

Berlin - German Bundeswehr Col. Georg Klein did not commit any breach of duty when he ordered an airstrike on two petrol tankers near Kunduz, Afghanistan, on Sept. 4, 2009, killing and injuring many civilians.
