Default O.d. Uniform
What date did we change from O.D. winter uniform to KHAKI summer uniform and visa-versa.

I think it was around April or May 1st, cause that about when we could start wearing our OD Fatigues shirt tails out back in the 80's. And around Oct 1st we had to tuck them(shirt tails) back in.
