I'm back, once again.

Well, I finally the virus out of the ol' computer, but before I could get back on-line, I had to get busy getting my new business up and operating. I got tired of being retired, so I started a business as an owner/operator truck driver. I'm having a ball right now, traveling around the country in my Freightliner, or as my granddaughter calls it, my "Frightliner".
Anyway, I'm back on-line now and even registered on the new Military Chat site. However, I don't know how often I will be visiting the sites, as it's a little hard to read and type while driving ! ;-) The good news is that many of the truck stops are now deploying high-speed wireless access, so maybe I can at least log on in the evenings. My new laptop has the high speed 802.11g wireless built in and it seems to work quite well on my home wireless network, so hopefully it will work OK on the road as well.
Looking over the MANY posts I've missed during the past several months, I have a lot of catching up to do on a lot of topics. It's amazing how much you can miss when you don't have a TV to watch, a paper to read, or a working internet connection. Man, I feel like a FNG again !!!
What's this I hear about James doing the world tour thing ? Did he finally retire, or is he just taking another prolonged vacation ? I doubt he'll find any Zydaco music over there !

GLAD to hear theat you are doing fine and finilly fulling your dream of going " freedom driving " is what I call it.

My dad drove for Yellow Transit even before it became that, Use to be called Michigan Motors and never had an accident after 32 years.

My respects to you and your RIG, be careful and watch the 6 cause on the road their aint noone else watching except you.

It aint your birthday, but I think you deserve it real big time.
