...my wife just called, and said dhe talked with her ???"LAN support" person, and it's a hoax, something about "it's" supposed to be there as part of a ???debugging' part of microsoft/java????....
...don't ask me I just deleted it cause sh'e supposed to be the expert, now I think she said we have to put it back in ?????
...check with your "own" experts......

For anyone who did delete it here is a copy of it attached in zip format. Just extract it and drop it into your C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder. This file is from WinXP pro although it's probably the same in other versions of windows.
