“Abused trust does not a real success make?” And anyone who mistakenly believes that great wealth, worldly position or even titles alone, make any human being truly great or memorable, is only fooling themselves and their captive audiences!

I find it truly amazing, especially considering the fact that man himself exists for but a brief span of time, and the age of this earth is estimated to be some 4.5 billion years, that humanity still looks upon itself with such reverence and awe?

As a matter of fact, there are, and always have been those, who consider themselves to be far more than a cut above the masses! The wheelers and the dealers, the bon vivants and the politicians, who adamantly deny that they are really no different from the rest of their peers, but still engage in self-adulation and personal promotion, and this at the expense, the well-being, and maybe even the survival of all others!

Actually, people like these are really quite amusing when you come to think about it, as they gather unto themselves, those like-thinking souls and ever-obedient sheep that constantly feed their expanding egos, and enhance upon those fantasies that quite often become an integral part of mankind’s history!
