Does a souse of a USMC Reserve have any exchange or commissary privilege during non active duty deployments?

I was asked this question by a local marine wife to be.

As a long time reservist, you and your spouse have full priviledge at PX/BX/NEX and commissaries regardless of what type of duty, Active, M-Day, IDT.

The military changed their stance many years ago about reserve/national guard priviledges. You get full...this includes MWR and more.

Hope this helps...
