THank you PATRIOT FILES!!
It's hard to believe that 4 years ago, I started out packaging boxes for the toops in my home's basement. My husband was deployed and I was a nervous wreck. One of the first web sitess I found was this one.
My husband (USMC Sergeant) is now home but I will never forget the kindness from David and others who helped me get through a very difficult year and served as inspiration for me to form a real organization called Give2TheTroops. www.give2thetroops.org I wanted to say "thank you" for so many things, but especially those forums! So many veterans reached out to me and helped me through a lonely and anxious year and I have not forgotten that. We have grown very large and I barely have enough time to check emails but I wanted to say that you all were a positive catalyst that got my boxes going (even if you were unaware). You certainly don't owe anyone here a "thank you" Andi. I clicked your link, read all about it and immediately added it to my "favorites" and passed it on to everyone on my list.

We owe our thanks to you, your husband, and the thousands of military families in this country that sacrifice daily so we can live in relative peace. You all have borne the brunt of battle in ways the average American citizen has not a clue about. We all must take the responsibility to see that the Veterans of this war, past wars, and future conflict are treated with fairness and compassion as there are those out there, that do not care.
