Default Iraq "Reconstruction" Costs?

Being an american, I always get nervous when our government uses the word "Reconstruction"...

Nevertheless, I heard news (CNN) today for the first time that in addition to the $4,000,000,00 monthly we are spending in Iraq, there is $7,000,000 A DAY (!) being spent from all sources just on the reconstruction efforts (infrastructure, humanitarian aid, weapons inspection etc.)

$7 million times 30 days comes to another $2,100,000,000 monthly being spent, if true.

Is that accurate? Does anyone out there have any verification of the figures?
