they can't count votes but they can stop car's or their high ways and by ways that's about all they can do maybe they will get it right one day, not.

Perhaps what's needed in Florida, specifically in three counties, are election officials that are smart enough to pour water out of a boot. It was the very same three counties, and their respective incompetent election officials, that caused the brouhaha in November 2000.
