Wait a minute - not so fast with those instructions.
Now, don't you go volunteering for the trip up the mountain, due to your decrepit condition, as I'd probably have to shoot  you half-way up, then roll you back down in a fart-sack all zipped up.

As usual, you're right I'll break down these instructions so that the common layman will understand 1) Assuming you are in the vertical position., move your dominant foot forward. 2) Using both hands, grip your walker tightly and move said item forward beyond your dominant foot 3) Move your other foot up to where your dominant foot is located 4) Repeat steps one through three. Detailed instructions in writing with illustrations. (suitable for framing) will be provided by Keith when you attempt this endeavor....Good luck Mon Ami !!! bOOger

About once every two years.
They have some older guy 50's plus who dies from a heart attack trying to climb the mountain. They want you to have a recent ekg or heart stress taken for those over 50. I was so very fortunate that after being obese for so many years I didn't have heart problems, diabetes, or high cholestral. I just live right (choke
).If your doc says no then they won't let you go up the mountain. Last year a 71 year old man had a heart attack. He had made it to the 9,400 ft level before the heart attack. That's amazing in itself. To the TOP!  Keith
