Unfortunately, many of those crooks who engage in such thievery, be it for money or something else, still consider their odious deeds to be un-punishable? And this includes many of those thefts that are made against (or even by) close associates as well?

The kicker, however, is that these once-trusted creatures see nothing at all wrong with their odious deeds – (AND MORE IS THE CRIME & A MORTAL SIN AGAINST THE ALMIGHTY AS WELL!)

So what is wrong with these feckless creatures, and even those “COLOR OF AUTHORITY” individuals as well, that they really think that they can do things like this to any trusting individual - deeds that you would not tolerate even from a complete stranger or any legal confidant?

Are these perps stupid, or are they just plain lacking in any moral-fiber at all? “Or could it be that they are genuinely evil and criminal by nature? “Or worst yet, are they totally without a conscience or even a soul?”

“Whatever these creatures are, “One Thing Sure as Hell Remains A Fact” – these inhuman cretins, apparently lack any semblance of a conscience or even a soul, for that matter (opinion)! BUT THEN (WHAT THE HELL), “HADES AIN’T HALF FULL YET – UNFORTUNATELY, EVEN WITH SOME UNIFORMS!!”

#1 Political corruption means the abuse of political power by the government leaders to extract and accumulate for private enrichment, and to use politically corrupt means to maintain their hold on power. However, abuse of political power for other purposes, such as repression of political opponents and general police brutality, is not considered political corruption. Political corruption takes place at the highest levels of the political system, and hence it can be differentiated from administrative or bureaucratic corruption. It can also be distinguished from business and private sector corruption.

Political corruption can be of two forms. The first one is which includes both accumulation and extraction and where government officials use and abuse their hold on power to extract from the private sector, from government revenues, and from the economy at large. Some of the examples of the above mentioned form of corruption are extraction, embezzlement, rent-seeking, plunder and even kleptocracy ("rule by thieves").

The second form of political corruption is one in which extracted resources (and public money) are used for power preservation and power extension purposes. This usually takes the form of favouritism and patronage politics. It includes a favouritist and politically motivated distribution of financial and material inducements, benefits, advantages, and spoils.

The Hatch Act was passed in 1939 to limit partisan political activity of government workers. Under the Act, covered employees may not:

Be a candidate for a public office in a partisan election.

Play an active role in partisan political campaigns. This includes campaigning, collecting funds, distributing campaign materials, displaying campaign buttons, etc.

Actively participate in partisan political management. This includes holding office in political clubs or parties, organizing political rallies or meetings, aiding voter registration drives, etc.

Use official authority or influence to affect the election results. This includes use of official titles or positions while engaged in political activity, inviting subordinate employees to political events, etc.

Soliciting or receiving a donation or contribution for a partisan political party, candidate for partisan political office, or partisan political group. This includes collecting contributions or selling tickets to political fundraising functions.

The Hatch Act Modernization Act of 2012 was passed on December 19, 2012, effective on January 27, 2013. The ban on partisan candidacy for state and local government employees changes under this law. Only state or local government employees whose salaries are completely paid with federal funds will be prohibited from running for partisan office.
