Runways!
They should be so concerned with our highways and local streets here in the states. I've never seen such rotten roads of late. Indiana does real good on their roads there. Here in Illinois - forget it - they are dead broke. Taxes rise every year for more reasons than just the roads.
Property Tax is going up $400+ per household - not for streets or bridges - but to pay for police and fire departments. Crime is so bad in Illinois and the schools are all broke and they keep wanting more taxes to pay for their lack of unds so many are leaving this state because of that. Illinois is really bad for taxes and God help you smoke.
