US Citizens rights
The United States citizens fundimental rights are being tested and they realy need to get this sorted out.
Seems that two guys (father son) that are US citizens, One born hear the other went through the process, went to packistain and the FBI says they went to a "terrorist training camp" . 4 years latter the two want to come back to the US, The FBI interviewed them one time and the FBI wants another interview and a polygraph before the FBI will aloow the two to enter the US. We as a people and We as the government of the United States need to decide weather we are all EQUAL or we are all equal except those of arab decent. These two look like your basic terrorist , but do we use looks as a base's for a decission on equal rights? These two have no charges against them , yet they are not allowed to come to the US, to which they are citizens. This has got to become interesting and a fundimental test of the principals of the United States. My personal view is that we shoot them in packistain, but personal views are not whats at stake. If these two left the country and we know they went into a terrorist training camp - then they should revoke their citizenship without question. No they should not allow them back into this country - if we can prove - without any doubt that they did attend this training group - there is no question - they do not get access to this country in their lifetime. So sorry Charlie fool me once but not twice.

Terrorist training camp is just a name, By deffinintion any United States Basic traing camp would be a terrorist training camp, Just by what they do. There are plenty more in the US armys MOS list, Unconventional warfair, for instance, what kind of special training do special forces receive? A US citizen can leave this country and in 4 years decides to come back, in the mean time the FBI says they were at a terrorist training camp , but The FBI charges them with nothing. So why then are they not allowed to come back? Because they are of Arab decent. This goes against the fundimental freedom of US citizens, Ether charge them or let the US citizens come home. If you felt like going to Austraila for 4 years and vist there special warfair team school, should you now not be aloud to come back to the US? This whole thing is going to take some tough questions and some tougher answers. We are no longer going to be a equal society under the law and eyes of the government. Ron |

Damn Ron,
Using your analogy or equation I can now fully umderstand why the current Bush administration AND Congress do not see it necessary to fully fund the VA system. Hell...........since WE went through 'Basic' training they consider US part of their description(s) for their 'War on Terror'! They're out to punish US like the OTHER terrorists!
Now that clears it all up! Thanks, I never even thought of that.................. :cd: Quote:

WWII starts. Japan attacks and Germany declares war on the U.S. A citizen and his son leave and go to a German espionage camp. They decide, after learning how to blow up stuff in the U.S. to come back. They are citizens so.....ok...no problem.
No Ron....it's not about their rights...it's about our security. People are arrested as suspects in this country all the time for all sorts of things. If they don't have proof...people are let go. If they have proof...they are indicted. It's called our justice system. If I leave the country and go to Iran and train in their camps...I would expect the FBI and every other police force to detain me and I'm no Arab. Pack

Hey Booger!
This is just a guess, but I can make an undisputed statement of truth that since you completed basic training, you are now officially authorized to add "terrorist" as part of your resume! I can just see you proudly posting your newly updated file over at the local Dunkin' Donuts: Booger the Terrorist.
Holy Conflagation Defecation, Booger - guess I'm one too! Ahh, the moral relavancy being posted is enough to make a maggot puke.

Brother Bob,
I'm trying to get you healthy and all you do is eat jelly filled donuts, smoke cigarettes and drink strong black coffee. What's wrong man.?
No wonder you are a terrorist, jelly filled donuts, black coffee and cigarettes will make a sane man do strange things. Seriously, I would assume there is a process by which one's citizenship is revoked. I would assume it must be done through the court system (now I may be wrong). Let them have their day in court and then arrest them as terrorists if they indeed are terrorists. Keith |
