Imagine if Cho Seung-Hui had been quarantined while on the Virginia Tech campus from leaving the campus. Hehad been assigned to mandatory psychiatric counseling and denied the ability of purchasing any weapons. Now bring on the ACLU.

I'm sure the Korean's would also have something to say about holding one of their cousins. It's a shame so many knew this kids was playing with only 1/2 a deck and they let him walk the school grounds knowing this.

Unfortunately, our pro-perp culture ignores the human rights of children and emerging adults. Just yesterday a known child abuser with a history right here Banana Flats, was found ?not guilty?. Jasus, this 42 year-old perp was caught hiding naked in a little boy?s bedroom closet but because 'educated' adults can get a young child very confused in a courtroom setting, it becomes a contest between the credibility of the perp adult vs. the child. The child is judged not the perp, the perp walks and the same old story repeats. More victims coming up, tiz guaranteed.

Maybe we should try to figure out why we have our children in a cultural setting where they can?t win, break even or back away.
