I am not a journalist - I Am A Writer and I am probable not very good at even that? One thing, however, is for damned sure: “I say what I really think and feel – and that, I have always attempted to do!”

The one thing that I do abhor however, are those arrogant fools who spend their entire lifetimes playing a role that they had only limited abilities to perform! The problem is that these people often gather around them an army of like thinking human echoes that often choose a spokesman, not on their actual abilities, but rather, only upon their “Impression Factor”, and this, until that day finally comes (as it does to all men), when they too cease to exist - at least within this spectrum of thought!

And then, like it or not, they too become naught but a part of that legion of other dreamers and visionaries who have journeyed this way, only to be remembered by the passage of time, and if they are truly lucky, by a brief footnote in some quickly forgotten obituary?

So as the old sage once observed: “Give me my flowers while I yet exist, but never those that rightfully belonged to another!”

In the meantime however, I will continue to labor on, doing what I do best (If in reality - I do anything all that well), and this while respecting the right of all others to live their own lives in a fashion that they (and they alone) see fit, until I too become naught but another forgotten part of, that which once was - but is no more!

And Once again: “Few may opt to listen to what I have to say, and I may not express my thoughts as well as others do, but I will continue to write on for as long as I can still think!

I do not after all, write to impress the world, nor do I always express the views of the politically correct, but in the end, it will hopefully be said that I have always lived in accordance to my own beliefs!”

HC - your are a damn good writer and I always read your threads. You make many of us do a little thinking and your wit is excellent. You are my friend and I hope you live long and prosper (as Spoke says). You and many other's (and those that used to be) are the one reason I signed up to Patriot Files. Your heart is true and your mind is clear and I will always consider you my Friend.
