I read where old Jocko (aka Capt. Jack) did a number on me.

It was a good thing his wife Darla was doing the keyboard, otherwise he may have said more than the US Navy would allow to be known.

He is a great and dependable man to know. Truth to be known, he is a better man than I could be. I may have taken up more dangerous encounters, as he always said, I was the one trying to defy death.

War was War, and we fought it like there was no tomorrow.
