Arrow SAC launch prep film

From a friend...

"Yesterday the Omaha World-Herald ran a story about an Air Force-produced film describing the all the steps that needed to be taken in order to launch nuclear weapons. The film was made to be shown to the civilian population, but apparently never was. Included is a tour of the underground command center at Offutt, you even get to see the "big board" (a little Dr. Strangelove humor).

About 20 min. in length, the film is in 3 parts, so click on each part to watch the whole thing."
