Party-Ites - Logic
7-10-2018
The whole idea, at least in my opinion, behind multiple political parties is to insure that one ideology will not eventually sweep away all others! However, and even though on the surface, these separate factions pretend to tolerate the existence of the other, down deep they, again in my opinion, utterly detest each other. “As a matter of fact, I personally doubt if most people really know why they adhere to the tenets that they do, outside of tradition, brainwashing, personal and often faulty metaphysics?” Granted, most of us truly believe that the only choice is between rigid liberalism and unbendable conservatism – but is it really? I happen to believe that a healthy balance of both is needed in order to make our country run in a functional and healthy fashion, which is probably why my views are not popular on either side of the political aisle? Have you ever stopped to ask yourself what might happen if one political ideology (or the other) were to gain absolute dominance here within the United States of America? Seriously think about that for a moment, then pick up and read any book on European History of the late 1930s! “It can’t possibly happen here", says you – "I hope that you are right", says I!
