But, when I read the answers I remembered them all. That means I'm really old. When you have memory loss that needs to be refreshed you are really old. I even ask my wife, "now what's my name sweetie."



These two old couples were having an evening out. One man affectionately called his wife sweetie, dear, and honey all the time. He was exceptionally sweet and kind to his wife. Now the two ladies decided to visit the ladies room. One older gentleman said, "It sure is refreshing to hear someone use so many sweet and tender words for his wife, after 50+ years of marriage." The other older gentleman leaned over and said, "To be honest with you, I forgot her name 10 years ago."

Regardless, since I've never admitted to myself that I'm over twenty,...and agewise I figure that such doesn't truly matter.

Though, that I can't get down and do a: "Quick Twenty" just as quick as done long ago, while drinking and being egged-on, maybe I should re-evaluate my thinking process.

Still, and to sort-of paraphrase someone about this age thing, I believe that the quip suits me to a T.
"I might not be as good at it as I once was". "But, I'm as good at it once, as I ever was". Thusly, the only age problem I see arising (or not) under such circumstances,... is getting "It" (or not).

I hate to admit how much of that I remembered. Nothing wrong with long term memory, it's the short term I have problems with. Thanks for the walk. Some of those were good memories.
