Reminds me of when they thought President FDR had polio, but now suspect it to be an autoimmune issue that causes paralysis: GBS

This could be GBS such as President FDR had. He did not have polio. Doctors now suspect that he had an autoimmune issue that caused paralysis. Should look for a glycol ether chemical exposure and what was different IMMEDIATELY PRIOR to flu symptoms starting up. Check for blood in urine if there is serious FATIGUE (AIHA or IMHA), any autoimmune issue, and see if there is autoimmune metabolic acidosis. The job he had damaged his blood, and his nervous system and in general caused symptoms like those reported by civilians with Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome CFIDS, CFS, FM, ME. And as reported by 'gulf war syndrome' vets, and vets of other eras.

Even PRES FDR's doctors didn't recognize the pattern ... but surely we should by now Does cousin Daisy Suckley's Diary of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, America's 32nd President, mention a time when he had flu-like symptoms? He did in 1917
and again just before he died, per Michael Moore documentary / film The History Channel Documentary 4-23-05 and 4-24-05, After an acute headache at the back of his head, he collapsed on 4-12-45 and died a few hours later. It is reported that he died of a cerebral hemorrhage ... was there an autopsy? NO! If it was advanced stages of the fatigue of CFIDS ... the doctors would not have found it. They still don't even now - 60 + years later.

It is now suspected that President Franklin Delano Roosevelt did not have polio, | In 1917 FDR goes to European front lines & gets as close as they will let him. When he died, flu also? (According to Moore) What we blame on the flu should be blamed on exposure to glycol ether, not a virus.
It didn't help being around the other Nations' war generals. You can be exposed 'second hand' by the molecules of glycol ether being in their respiration & get into your eyes.
