Ron you hit it right on the head I've been on the phone to Sears 22 times since a week ago sunday and they still screwed up and sent the repairman to the wrong address. I would say at least 15 of the operators could bearly speakie english. I will never buy anything from sears again or at least nothing with extended warenty, The welds on my mower deck broke and they won't send me a new deck they say they have to look at it first then order a deck i told them bullshit if its broke send me the part and i could be mowing the same day since they sold out to Kmart its all been down hill.
