A National Disgrace

(MY PERSONAL OPINIONS)

“The face that we put forth for the rest of the world to see can hardly keep pace with the reality of homelessness and hunger - right here within The United States of America!”

“And no, many of these Hurting Americans are not lazy, nor are they bums!” Unfortunately for our very own corrupted souls however, the few dollars that are tossed at “This National Disgrace”, often goes toward what is referred to as Administrative Costs. And as such, this drop in the bucket is doing precious damned little to tackle a problem that is being all but ignored, all the way up to “The Oval Office, I fear!”

And for the record, the amount that is being pirated away for these (so called) “Administrative Costs” (in some cases), is often monumental in size and occasionally goes for frivolities and high living, as was proven by an exposes in the past - a fact that was quickly shoveled under the carpets of time and political convenience, relying instead, upon the public’s shallow minds to quickly fade any recall of all past systemic transgressions - at which point, this whole stinking process is often repeated anew!

The bottom line here is this: “The homelessness and hunger, especially among our nation’s children and elderly, is an avoidable National Disgrace that could be (at least) partially alleviated if a few of these politicians could learn how to lead by example?"

“But of course, we all know that this is never going to happen, especially amidst those who consider themselves to be more royalty than peer, and far more politically entitled than elected!”

(And this just had to be said - even if no one within “Our Government” is ever really listening, or if they even care for that matter?)

HC - The big Corporations and those in Government work together on many of these issues because they support their people in office. Inturn the IOU's come back on these big issues (or the paybacks) sway the voting principle's (if any) and therefore the little guys are left in the dust.

This is politics's at its best. They don't give a damn about us except when we don't pay our taxes or contribute to their best interest. We The People still have a lot to learn and the Government of the People has forgotten their civic duties in our behalf.
