Congress sued to remove Obama

A new lawsuit is challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, and this one targets Congress as a defendant for its "failure" to uphold the constitutional demand to make sure Obama qualified before approving the Electoral College vote that actually designated him as the occupant of the Oval Office.

It is being brought on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. and names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

What I find truly amazing is that a citizen, group of citizens or any entity, for that matter, has to demand, through a court of law, that a person reveal his/her eligibility to hold a certain office. And what is even more amazing is that the person in question has obfuscated, equivocated, hemmed, hawed and dodged the basic question: are you in fact natural citizen of the United States of America, as required by our Constitution? If so, simply provide a real birth certificate that attests to your contention that you are. And while you're at it, produce all your academic records as an undergraduate and as a law student. We, the people, really deserve to know who the **ck you really are.

As opposed to what we got, America really deserves better.
