The Flames Of Hell!!!

“So Here We Go Again” - But instead of being called “The Shaky-Side”, maybe we will soon be called “The Flaming Side”, as once again, “The Fires of Hell” are beginning to lick at our blistered heels!

This conflagration (Fire) however, is being called “The Valley Fire” and it is raging (at this point) just about thirty miles to our west, out around Alpine, California! Actually, these fires should come as no surprise, especially considering the fact that this area is nearly bone-dry and even a hot breath of air could unfortunately ignite the chaparral of “The Cleveland National Forest” in a heartbeat!

“The problem is that when this growth goes up in flames, so also goes human lives, homes, water-shed and the habitat of many of the other indigenous creatures that also call this area their home!”

And of course, this is not to mention the fact that the blackened scars that these wild fires leave behind them are unsightly and a constant reminder that, as “Smokey the Bear” says:

“Only We Can Prevent Many Of These Forest Fires!!”
