Default Joint Nordic Air Squadron Unlikely in No-Fly Zone

HELSINKI - The possibility of forming a joint Nordic air squadron to support allied actions in the Libyan no-fly zone are unlikely, but a Nordic force incorporated into a broader European Union-led effort may have more support.
