Default Duty officer log

While in base camp Dak To I went to my LTs tent for a beer one night and he was filling out this piece of paper, I normally knew every thing he did but this was a new one. It said Staff ----something or Duty officer on the top and at the bottom had a DA form 15 somthing. He was writting and cussing, "why do I have to fill this crap out" I asked him what it was and all he said was NOTHIN. I got a beer and we talked about something else.
Any of you officers know what he was filling out?

Ron

Nope. Never did any paper work at all. Cept by radio. They sometimes told me who had been killed after we dusted them off.
