Its raining in Houston
I don't have flood insurence , send money!
Oh wait , It didn't flood in Sugar Land and it only flooded in Houston places where it floods every time it rains. But I can see rain, so send money, Maybe I can get some Katrina funds? A couple years ago when trpoical storm Alicen hit the Houston area , we had 40 inches of rain in like 3 days, The street in front of my house was wet, and not flooded, But to hear the news we were about to all build arcks. But don't let this stop you from sending money. Ron
