The Cincher arrived! Thank You! I will wear it asI bounce from chore to chore with great abandon trusting it to keep my spine from doing a u-turn on me again.

(No comments from the Peanut Gallery Lt. Or I will have to burst into another one of those songs we sang back in the day when we circled the wagons at night. You know the day. The one long before you were a twinkle in your daddy's eye)

Ahh very good! Wear it when you do all your cleaning, lifting, mowing, washing. Enjoy & take it easy.

Yes not to worry...just a little renactment of the commericial "I've fallen and I can't get up"...

A bounced down into a squat cleaning my front door....my arm was going one way and my body was going down...my spine did a u turn and I had one heck of a sprain.

I was proud of myself though I kept movin after I got up off the floor...

and I'm on the mend...

don't worry...I "be" fine...

Talking

I am so happy our older members are feeling better - little surprised they are up this late but I guess different homes have different rules. Get ready to hug another medic , sis.
