DNA findings have come back from the rape alocations. NO DNA from any of the Duke members was found in her or on her. Time stamped Pictures show she had bruseing upon entering the party.
This makes it more difficult for REAL rape victums. On there behalf they should go after this woman.

office could not find any of the LaCross team members DNA in or on her, The DNA other than here own that was found in or on her was not from any of the LaCross team members and the DAs offices says this case is not over.
Well Mr. DA, I would say, charge someone with a crime rather than just getting your face on TV for your re-election comming up.
Jessie Jackson says the white players that did this should come forward? We need to know what they did?
Because the Guys on the LaCross team made some racial comments to her, she felt she could get away with claimming rape. Problem is the DNA she has in/on her don't match any of the LaCross players.

In 1987, black teenager Tawana Brawley claimed that six white law enforcement officers abducted and raped her. Those claims and others that her attackers had scrawled racial insults on her body and smeared her with feces were declared a hoax by a grand jury that also exonerated the man at the center of the accusations, then-assistant district attorney Steven Pagones.

Pagones was named as one of the attackers by Miss Brawley's advisers: Maddox, the Rev. Al Sharpton and lawyer C. Vernon Mason. While Miss Brawley refused to speak with authorities or the media, her advisers were soon making wild claims. Jury selection was supposed to have started for the Pagones? defamation lawsuit, seeking more than $150 million from Miss Brawley?s three advisers when Maddox accused then-state Attorney General Robert Abrams of masturbating over photos of Miss Brawley. Sharpton compared Abrams, a Jew, to Adolf Hitler. All three linked then-Gov. Mario Cuomo to organized crime and the Ku Klux Klan.

But the grand jury within a year announced the story was a hoax and specifically cleared a Fishkill police officer and Pagones.

Now wants to retest the players DNA.
Whats he going to do, plant some evidence?
He needs to charge someone or quit convicting the duke players without a trial.

...issue seems to be that the "Duke medical hosp." did the testing, and nobody was implicated, why wasn't a neutral Hosp. assigned by the authorities????????????,...

...as far as "Twana",goes, good point Jerry as that particular case was/is concerned, she was never charged with perjury, nor any others that were beating the drum for heads to roll, nor were any apologies given after trying to decimate the careers of many,etc....

Is DNA , There is only one way to do it . It either matches or it doesn't, The DNA that was IN her and on her didn't match any of the LaCross players, That means they were very carefull, And I might add its almost impossible not to leave your DNA on someone that you have contact with. OR, The DNA she had in/on her was from someone else. And how could a hospital being assigned by the authorities, be neutral . The athorities would send there sample to a crime lab, (chain of custity) .
Either the DA knows something hes not telling or hes the biggest dumb ass out there today. Im betting on the last one or he would have charged someone.
