Default North Korea "Nuclear Power".

News interviews keep asking why the U.S. continues to threaten Iraq because they might be developing a nuclear device, so then they ask,why don't we threaten North Korea since they have admitted to being a nuclear power.(I would say a few things about the Clinton Admin. deal with N.Korea in 1994,but thats for another time).
So which is the most dangerous threat to U.S. and allies: Iraq or North Korea? Who is most likely to press the button? If N.Korea is imposed trade sanctions with our allies, how much money is a Nuclear device worth now days, say to Iraq or Bin Laden or are they the same?
I think we have used the rope-a-dope all we need to regarding countries who don't think like American's do, life does not have the same value to either of these countries. I would think we need to get off the ropes in several areas, including our intelligence gathering agencies.
