I get that all the time too reeb. The only good way to try to prevent it is to use a wrist supporting mouse pad/keyboard or a wrist support strap.

here are some really good ideas for your wrist pain.



Most images are from Alimed.com however they are very over priced. Take a stroll down to staples or office depot. They have a large selection & your sure to get rid of your pain.
Also make sure you are sitting properly. your eyes should be level with the top of the screen (not the top of monitor). You should never be really reaching for your mouse , it should be within your reach. Your elbows should be in line with your wrists, neither should not be higher or lower.

The best one I came up with is to go back full time work.

BUT THIS DARN THING IS SO MUCH FUN AND INFORMATIVE.

Checked out the site, and its PREETY DARN GOOD.

Alot of similarities of this site.


I didnt sign up but my Gal did.

Now she can B/S there instead of here.
