Excellant site. Found four guys with my last name from WWII, will have to check family tree, dated back to 1362 AD, to see where they fit in. Thanks for the site.

HC,

Your Uncle was a good looking guy. It's tragic that all best seem to go before the rest. War's are full of such targedies and the losses do add up over time. The grief is long in duration and the scars go to the bone.

I regret your Uncle's loss and wish things could've been different but they are what are and life moves on.

What Boats said. HC, thank you for keeping their memory alive in our hearts. Little spooky though PFC John Hager , medic , was KIA , treating a wounded soldier on June 14th 1951 - June 14th 1921 was my Mothers birthday. All the best to you and your family.
