Default Law enforcement in this country

Seems to be very selective to me.

When a priest has sex with a child its not a question to bring to the pope its against the law arrest the priest.

When a fight breaks out at a hocky game its not a penalty box question its assult, go down on the ice and arrest the guy.

when an ball player is cought with steroids or is tested positive for drugs its not a game suspention question its against the law, arrest the ball player and if that league wants to impose a game suspention thats ok also .

I seen it happen time and time again in Nascar, after the race a driver will run into a nother driver for payback, that is an assult, stop the car and arrest the driver.

There is not some kind of unjust thing we ask our police officers to do, its just to do there job, thats not that difficult.

Ron

Tottaly agree. The law is the law. Selective law enforcement stinks. If you got money you don't have to worry.

Default Ron...

It just: "Aint necessarily so", as the old lyric states.
"The Law is the Law" is quite different for both Poor and Middle-Class Americans and/or vast majority,...than it is for America's quite wealthy notables backed by teams of lawyers, that only the richest or wealthiest of individuals can possibly afford.

Hell, and even on the rare chance that any of such wealthy are convicted of ANYTHING (quite unlikely since not normally happening),...their quite short (shorter than most) encarcerations could be better compared to stays at A Day Camp,...rather to any semblance of what's referred to as: "Doing Hard Time".

Sorry Ron.
But,...that's how it is.
Correctional Institutions are basically constructed for The Poor and Middle-Class. "Day Camps" are for The Rich, "Connected" and/or well-off and legal team represented.

You'll never see OJ's, Jacksons (either Jesse or Michael), Kennedies (too many to list), Marthas, Bishops or Politicians splittin-rocks.
