Default Please, not at OUR monument!

Although the news media didn't make much of a deal over the Lefties Anti-war March this weekend, I am upset over the place they picked to gather.

Yep, OUR SACRED WALL.

I'm not gonna get into their right to protest.....they have it and I defended their right to do it. I just want them to find another place to gather. The anti-war movement didn't start during Vietnam. There were plenty of people against our own Revolution, 1812, WTBS, WWI, WWII, Korea.....right on down the line. It just makes me sick to my stomach to see old hippies who've had nothing to do for years, gathering in OUR AO waving Iraqi Flags. It brings back too many painful memories of seeing these same assholes or types of assholes carrying Viet Cong and NVA flags while my brothers were still dying. If they continue this, I just may have to plan my own protest for their next one, and I won't be there shaking hands.

AIRBORNE!

PROUD!

And Pissed!

I feel as though the safe place has been desecrated. Hopefully Memorial day will erase the evil spirits that were left there.

Default Their gone now

and what remains is that Sacred Wall that hugs the earth and reminds us of those that embrace us still from the grave. The memory of their scarifice and love so powerful that no force on earth can descerate or remove it from our hearts. sis

Thumbs down ORIGINAL TOM

Almost makes ya wanna puke, huh? Using our fallen brothers as a platform for their antiwar agenda. You're right about the antique hippies. I see 'em all the time in Berkeley. You know it's true, James. I'm sure some of them were ones that slithered back across the border during the amnesty, to enjoy the freedoms and rights to protest that they weren't willing to defend, which makes them responsible for some of the names on that Wall they desecrated with their presence. Names of stand-up guys that took their place, instead of running.
