Another sad day in 2009

As many of you know we lost our lab Riley in mid January, my dad Maj Carl Erickson on January 31.

Today my son's cockatiel (and best friend) "Whiskey" died suddenly at 15 years! WOW We gave Mike Whiskey when he was in the sixth grade.

Whiskey saw Mike through severe ADD and depression. Little guy was a true angel.

I REALLY look forward to the new year. 2009 suck's!

Dave , he will be waiting on Mike at Rainbow Bridge. Know it's tough , buried two in my back yard . Wife went to the pound and got Frank while I was drinking and digging the hole for Bart. Keep moving.

Everyone of us had bad experiences during the year 2009 but let's take it as a part of our daily life obstacle. We will just try to have it as a lesson and take some courage out from it.

Let's all face 2010 with faith and courage for another obstacle that we are about to face.
