With unemployment up and the stock market on the skids here in the United States, some feel that Tony Blair?s words fell like music upon the President?s ears! (opinion)

In a warning from across the ?Big Pond?, Prime Minister Tony Blair, (England?s top bull dog) referred to the situation in the Middle East as ?FREIGHTENING!? And considering the fact that Hussein has been seeking a way (for years) to level the international playing field (Chemically, biologically and radiologically speaking), this revelation really comes as no great surprise!

Like Hitler, just before World War II, ?Liar-Hussein? is also playing for time in order to further develop weapons of mass destruction! Will this scum-bum (Hussein) use these weapons against us and his neighbors - ?You bet your ass he will, if given half a chance!?

As for our ?Intelligence Sector?, I can not help but wonder if the true scope of the screw-ups prior to 9/11/01 will ever be known! According to the media, not only was an attack suspected, there was even information pointing at the possible target (World Trade Center)! Unfortunately, this data was available but ignored by some of the key players in this tragic scenario!?

With times here in the ?Good Old U.S. of A.? a bit strained (financially speaking), and no sign of an instant recovery in sight, are the thoughts of some in world government turning rapidly toward war? War is, after all, a great international attention diverter, not to mention the increased fortunes to be had by those who dwell without conscience on the inside! And hell, the VA too has to do something to justify their mega-billion dollar budget!

With just about 25,000,000 honorable U.S. veterans still in our midst, a new war or two would definitely increase the VA?s field of $$$$ opportunity, would it not! And in this respect, the actions of a ?Few Distorted Brigands within the Middle East? should supply enough impetus to even stir the greatly eroded testicle of some within the United Nations!

With interest rates plummeting to a four decade low, and 33 million Americans living far below the national poverty level, a jump start is definitely in order. It is unfortunate, however, that warfare is often the battery of choice!

Granted, little latitude for movement is being allowed by ?Saddam the Terrible?, especially considering the damn fool?s penchant for power, money and blood! But as many upon this site (and elsewhere) have pointed out - ?War Is Not All Cakes And Ale!? But what really scares the ?bejesus? out of me is the ?Super Police Force? that is now being assembled by our President to ?Maintain Domestic Security?, or is that ?Domestic Control? perhaps!?

A question George - ?Is this ?Mega Police Force? really being established to prevent terrorism at home alone, or is there a new and more terrifying agenda afoot?? I, for one, am not totally convinced of it?s (absolutely) noble intent!!

The need to unite the military with the FBI, CIA, Border Patrol, INS, and every other law enforcement agency in the United States (and maybe even abroad), under the eventual control of but one entity (UN perhaps), is some serious shit!! And this (to me) wreaks of 1939, or is that 1984! ?But then not to worry, as I am justifiably paranoid, and there is no inherent danger afoot - RIGHT??

Granted again, and you will get no argument from me on this, hard times require hash measures, but is this not akin to a pre-World War II, concentration camp mentality! One in which nearly our entire population could be held as suspect by ?Der Vaderland Security??

What?s next Mr. President, will we resurrect the ghosts of George Orwell or Senator Joseph McCarthy perhaps!? ?And who, after all is said and done, will control the controllers??

What was it that the late George Orwell (1903-1950) fanticized about in his novel ?1984? - ?The unification of all armed forces under the control of but a single entity, the ?Bill of Rights? obliterated, God being stricken from our roles, the United States being digested by a ?New International One World Order?, unrestricted corporate crime and greed, and of course, the grossest of societal abominations being readily accepted as the norm??

Of course, this could never happen here in America, could it?!

Very good and realistic assessment of the-sorry-ass state of affairs.

Still, and since much of the latest Intel sounds so similar to what was told us back in '91 and '92, as to what capabilities Old Sadam The Feurer already has and is trying to achieve,...such does get a bit mindboggling. Don't you think?

After all, that even after 10 or 11 years both Iraqi and Russian scientist couldn't produce whatever The Bum needs, presupposes that all Iraqi and Russian scientist are a bunch of morons.
Such is surely one-helluva-way to run a such a lethal ballgame my Friend.
