Commander retires after 38 years

In 1983, while most people were in their Cutlass Supremes listening to “Billie Jean” by Michael Jackson on their way to see The Dark Crystal, Stephen Harvey was heading off to basic training. Fast-forward nearly four decades and Colonel Harvey relinquished command of the 23d Maintenance Group before retiring after more than 38 years of uninterrupted service, July 15.
