Obama Thinks U.S. Senate Will Ratify Arms Treaty

ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE - President Obama said Nov. 14 he felt "reasonably good" about the chances of the U.S. Senate ratifying a major nuclear arms reduction pact with Russia this year.
