Default when the 50 opened up

We were working with this APC Group. And One day we took a water fall of fire from a tree line , The APCs were behind us about 50 yards. , When that fireing started , I thought, well today, I die. The APCs came on line behind us and opened up with there 50s. As soon as I heard that Dat,Dat, Dat from the 50 I knew we were going to be ok. LT said move back, Didn't have to tell me twice. When we got behind the APC he says every one check for holes, He was talking about holes in us. Zero in me, thank you very much. Whoooo Whooo , Live another day. I beleive they were some Cav unit. ,,, Thanks, By the way.

Ron

You had no problem distinguishing the sound of a .50 cal. They could tear a man in half.
