07-15-2010 05:00 PM MCB QUANTICO, Va. (July 14) -- A tree removal project has been in effect since July 12. Workers have been clearing overhanging and rotted trees from over the roadway to avoid accidents. The trees are hanging dangerously over the roadway, said Willard Barbour, a traffic control technician.
