Default Iraq

As much of you know, I am the dumbest one one here, but answer this....

Is this GWBush really going to give a 72 hour alert before attacking?

Sounds to me that he is playing around with a woose and wanting him to make the first move.

You hit me and I am going to tell mom deal.

My god, use common sense and go to war or not.

The UN is "United" as the dictionary says the meaning.

GW jr is going after his fathers nemisis and that is it, so get it on and get all of our troups back here where they belong safe and sound.

But the UN is NOT United, so where does it go from here?

The USA has the ability and knowledge and experience to do what ever it wants, and here we are playing around TAG!!!!!!

Did any of you in ANY war , ever yell to the enemy, Give up or I will fire in 72 hours???

Also , it seem to me that the effort is going towards Iraq, and Bin.
But what about the USA? Is there enough military to protect the citizens, or are we going to have to play Vigilante and do our own work to protect everything that we have gotten?

Sure wish I would have paid more attention in school instead of chasing the girls and building hot rods, then I would know more.

I done my stint in Nam for 3 and half years, but I dont remember anyone coming up to me and saying that we are going to be attacked in X amount of hours or minutes. The Cong hit when they wanted and where thewy wanted and didnt give a shit about the UN.

BOUT TIME TO END THIS DEAL WITH IRAQ............ with no warning and no media telling them waht, where, when, and how it is going to happen.

enough.....................

reeb, remember on my last trip to the land of the little people we were told that we had to call in and ask if we could shot at old cuck ,don't remember every really doing so, but the higher-ups wanted us too. always though that this is the crazyest way to fight a war but what did I know if I'd been smarter I would have been back in the rear with the gear.

Don't know what you heard last nite at the Presidential press conference, but I never heard of the 72-hour notice. If it had ever been mentioned before, it might have been meant to (1) tell all inspectors to grab their hat, or (2) GWB is phuckin' with saddam's mind, what little's left of it.

If I were an inspector, I'd be packing right now, or whopping for some kevlar underwear.

Saddam doesn?t know and will not know exactly when the thunder is coming. My guess is that the tactic will be to get the Iraqis on highest alert, hold for quite a bit, then turn night into day at the most vulnerable moment. It?s going to be very spectacular and the ultimate intimidation when it comes down. In reading about Desert Storm one thing that became clear is the intimidation factor. In the aftermath the Iraqis talk about feeling the earth literally shake as formations of M1 Abrams tanks approached their positions. They felt the earth shake long before they saw the tanks and that cleared the trenches of Iraqi Officers real quick and the Iraqi grunts were left to fend for them selves. More of same this time around I?m thinking but we?ll see if Saddam?s best have grown a back bone and some guts in the past decade, we?ll see.
