Mesothelioma Victims Center Asks A Navy Veteran with Mesothelioma to Call About Differences Between VA Disability Checks and Compensation Settlements and Why The Most Skilled Lawyers Are Needed
By: 24/7 Press Release 3-12-18
RE: http://www.24-7pressrelease.com/pres...ded-450591.php

The Mesothelioma Victims Center does not want one US Navy Veteran with mesothelioma to confuse a significant financial compensation settlement with what could be a monthly VA disability payment that might be around a thousand dollars.

NEW YORK, NY, March 12, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- According to the Mesothelioma Victims Center, "Frequently, US Navy Veterans who have recently been diagnosed with mesothelioma confuse a financial compensation settlement, which easily could be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars or much more, and a VA disability payment that might be a little more than a $1,000 per month. If you have recently been diagnosed with mesothelioma and your exposure to asbestos occurred in the US Navy, please call us at 800-714-0303 so we can fully explain the difference between a VA disability payment and a mesothelioma compensation settlement that could be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars or more." http://MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

The Mesothelioma Victims Center fears that many US Navy Veterans will never come close to the compensation they deserved due to mistakenly thinking they were going to have to sue the navy, or because they saw an Internet ad that mentioned 'no lawsuit needed', or an ad that inferred it was a 'claims center' sponsored by the US Navy. As the group would like to explain anytime at 800-714-0303, the US Navy does not sponsor a claims center, and many times a lawsuit may be needed to get the best possible financial compensation settlement.

The Mesothelioma Victims Center is especially focused on seeing to it that the following types of US Navy Veterans have access to the nation's top mesothelioma attorneys, as compensation for these types of people could be near to or over one million dollars:
* A US Navy Veteran who was forced to stay on their ship at a shipyard for a retrofit or overhaul
* Boiler technicians
* Machinists mate
* Marine Electricians
* Steamfitters
* Mechanics of many classifications
* Ordinance storage technicians
* Crewman on a nuclear submarine

The Mesothelioma Victims Center says, "If we had one incredibly important request for any US Navy Veteran with recently diagnosed mesothelioma, or their family members, it would be please call us at 800-714-0303 for some clarity about the types of lawyers you need to be talking to.

"We routinely recommend that a US Navy Veteran with mesothelioma retain the services of the nation's most skilled compensation lawyers as there is potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars riding on the line as we would like to discuss anytime." http://MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

The US Navy probably has the largest and most advanced skilled trades schools in the world. For more information please visit their website on this topic: https://www.navy.com/careers/enginee...e/mechanics-in ... ology.html.

Mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. High-risk work groups for exposure to asbestos include Veterans of the US Navy, power plant workers, shipyard workers, oil refinery workers, steel mill workers, miners, pulp or paper mill workers, printers, factory workers, railroad workers, plumbers, millwrights, boiler technicians, electricians, auto mechanics, machinists, welders, pipefitters, insulators, firemen and construction workers. In most instances a person who has been diagnosed with mesothelioma was exposed to asbestos in the 1950's, 1960's, 1970's, or 1980's.

According to the CDC the states indicated with the highest incidence of mesothelioma include Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Louisiana, Washington, and Oregon.

However, based on the calls the Mesothelioma Victims Center receives a US Navy Veteran with mesothelioma could live in any state including New York, Florida, California, Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, or Alaska. http://MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com
