The Environmental Agents Service plans to further modify the "Briefs" later this year to incorporate information about additional reports by the National Academy of Sciences' Institute of Medicine, new legislation, Secretary Principi's decision to open the Agent Orange Registry program to

any veteran exposed to herbicides during its manufacture, testing, or transport,

publication of new rules for compensation, and other developments.
