Contenders from RAF Mildenhall participated in a variety of activities including a 5K run, wall climb challenge, disc throw, kettle ball walk, squat lifts, and relay race. The event also included volleyball, basketball and soccer tournaments with participants competing for a chance to win gold, silver or bronze on Friday, June 10.
