Default BUSH-O-NOMICS AND BROKEN PROMISES

It has just been reported that the United States
has suffered the greatest number of personal
bankruptcies in all of its history. In the past
12 months, there have been 1.6 million.

Still like Bush-O-Nomics* enough to vote the fiscally
irresponsible back into office?

Footnote:
*Bush-O-Nomics-
You have a herd of cows. You keep milking them dry.

================================================== ===

Veterans Administration hospitals are being slated for
closure all over the U. S. Some of the oldies, such as
those in Waco, TX, Canandaigua, NY, Pittsburgh, Lexington, KY,
Brecksville, OH, Gulfport, MS and Livermore, CA.
Others are being combined or moved to other cities altogether.
The hardships that it will cause disabled and elderly veterans
are unimaginable.

"Promises made are promises kept."
-George "Dubya" Bush, Jr.
Campaign promise

Promises made to military retirees who sustained service-connected
disabilities must deduct one-dollar from their retirement pay for
each dollar received in disability compensation. The Congress
voted overwhelmingly last year to fix the injustice. Mr. Bush
threatened to veto the legislation so it was not even sent to
his desk. Promises made are promises kept. Yeah. Right.

Mr. Bush just recently signed a ten-year extension to the
misdirected ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN BILL after he promised the membership
of the National Rifle Association that he would never sign
any bill that was anti-Second Amendment. Promises made are
promises kept. Yeah. Right.
