U.K.'s Fox Favors Keeping 2nd JSF Engine

Not even the urgings of Liam Fox, British secretary of state for defense, to a powerful U.S. senator were enough to keep the U.S. Senate's Appropriations Committee from zeroing funds for an alternate engine for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF).
