Personal note - good questions and good answers - and it seems (Offense) Russia
will have to make the first move before (Defense) Ukraine.

Personal note: I do think Putin will pull back some of his troops
- but then again - it will show a sign of weakness - yet many Russian
folks have relatives in Ukraine - and it could cost him is leadership
next election. I feel a compromise is needed to save face. What
and when it will be - I don't know - but better - now then later.
