Hey Ron,

I know you are full time, and believe me the people in your town have trust in you and your ( troops ) or you wouldnt be there.

Keep up the good work, and pass along the THANKS to your people.

Default Sure

It was Agustas Ceasur, The Roman guy, They were called Vigials. That is also where the term Hook and ladder came from. Every house was required to have a metal ring in the ridge of there house. If they had a house fire the firemen would put there hooks in the ring and pull down the house or houses next to the house on fire.

Thumbs up BF in the Colonies and United States

Here in North America it supposedly was Ben Franklin.

Ron,

Is it true Nero fired the fire department in Rome?
